Return Policy
Overview
We want you to love your Aspilon products. If something isn’t right, eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please read the details below carefully—cosmetics have special hygiene rules.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all seals/labels intact
Returned within 30 days of delivery
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Hygiene notice: For safety reasons, opened, used, swatched, or unsealed cosmetic products cannot be returned or refunded.
Non-returnable items:
Opened or used products (including broken hygiene seals)
Final sale items and gift cards
Returns sent without prior approval
Damaged, faulty or wrong item
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Include: order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the issue and packaging
For approved cases, we’ll replace or refund and cover reasonable return shipping where applicable.
How to start a return:
Email info@aspiloncosmetics.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
If your return is approved, we’ll send instructions and a return shipping label (or the return address if a label is not provided in your region).
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping fees
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Unless the product is faulty/incorrect, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Exchanges
Need a different shade or product? The fastest way is to return your unopened item (once approved) and place a new order.
EU right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off)
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of delivery before opening the product.
As above, items must be unused and unopened with all seals intact. Opened cosmetic products are excluded due to hygiene reasons.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
