Shipping Policy
Processing and Shipping Times
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Orders placed before 10:00 PM (22:00 CET) are processed and shipped the same day (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed after 10:00 PM or during weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on local customs, weather, or carrier delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email containing a tracking link so you can follow your delivery in real time.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to activate after shipping confirmation.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Belgium.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please double-check your address before completing your order.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order seems delayed or lost, please contact us at info@aspiloncosmetics.com with your order number. We’ll contact the carrier on your behalf and keep you updated.
International Orders and Customs
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Aspilon Cosmetics cannot control or predict these costs.
Pre-Orders
If you purchase a pre-order item, the estimated shipping date will be displayed on the product page.
When your item ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
