4. Orders & Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
Your order is accepted once we send a confirmation email stating that your items have been shipped.
Aspilon Cosmetics reserves the right to reject or cancel any order for reasons such as suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or inventory errors.
Once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee cancellation. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
5. Prices, Taxes & Payment
All prices are displayed in EUR (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs and any applicable import duties are calculated at checkout.
We accept major payment methods available through Shopify Payments and other supported gateways.
You agree to provide valid, authorized payment details and to pay all charges associated with your purchase.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to ship all orders placed before 22:00 CET on the same day (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed after 22:00 or on weekends/holidays are shipped the next business day.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier.
Once a package leaves our warehouse, risk of loss passes to the customer.
Aspilon Cosmetics is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

7. Returns and Refunds
Due to hygiene regulations, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned or refunded.
Unopened items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs and original shipment fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
